I think this website is very awesome, all the details and customization are great! The only problem I keep seeming to come across is that absolutly no videos will come up!! I sit through the adds and i get all excited for the eppisode but nothing starts up. I wait, and wait, and wait for it to start up. Nothing changes and I asume I need to hit the play button...duhhhh...but it says opening media for a second and then it goes back to the way it was before. No mater what eppisode I try it on, no mater how many times I refresh or try to solve the problem with the alread recomended solutions nothing happens :nonono

I'm sorry but, pretty please can someone help! >.<

hmmmm what episodes are you trying to watch? I know that only the low quality ones of english?? work for non-live members. I'll check it out on another account I have and see if it works for me. Also I suggest using internet explorer, if you are using firefox, I know it has issues.

Looks like you were trying to watch case closed episode 12 according to your profile anyways... I tested it and it does work, have you tried using another browser? Also you have to may sure you have trsp enabled on windows media player, there is several other possible causes as to why it wont play. Might be best if you contact me on AIM, my aim is BassamAnimeC.

maybe not, turn it off and see if it makes a difference, I have an IP blocker that blocks the ip of the ad servers and the videos will not load until i turn it off to allow the ad to play

what is wrong

Anytime I try to play an episode of something, the ads play as normal but then a little puzzle piece icon appears with subtext that says the proper plug-in isn't installed. I have all the latest plug-ins and everything like that on here so what's going on here???

Seems like you don't have windows media player installed or you don't have the windows media player plugin. Please download the latest version of windows media player. If you use Internet Explorer no plugin is needed, if you are using Firefox then please download the plugin from the link below: ... nload.aspx

Google Chrome sucks anyway. Get Internet Explorer and the videos will play without you having to do anything.

ya chrome I believe uses the same plugin you would install if you used firefox. But to be on the safe side best to use Internet explore. Let me know if explorer works for youlitalove90.

What gives?

So I've done all the troubleshooting steps yet when I pull up any anime nothing happens.

There is a black box at the top that says duration size and media player but the box is very small and simply shows a message regarding upgrade to live.

Why isn't the video popping up and how do I get it so that I can actually see something?

Have you tried to use another browser? I recommend you also switch to windows media player instead of silverlight and use Internet Explorer as the plugin for that player is already built in.

Please let me know if that advice helps.
