Media Loading Problem

Hi I am having problems with some media. The player is not loading the episodes where as all the movies and other media is working fine. Its just the episodes thats not loading. It just plays the AC clip and then stops at "Ready". I have restarted the pc 5 times and tried unplugging the router but still no solution. Help!

i too am having exactly the same problem as described above.
i'm running windows 98 se OS i've viewed the first 3 episodes of berserk no problem what so ever went to view episode 4 your loading screen comes up,then it goes to connecting to media,then it goes to ready on the media player instead of going to buffering.i 've followed all the sugguestions listed in the multimedia help page,i've even tried the trailer section,that works fine could it be your files are down? i've even attempted to view the ninja scroll series no luck at all.hope you can help solve this little riddle thanx.

Same with me, it just go to ready after the AC intro, so i guess the media is down, and we gotta wait till they fix them

Yeah. The whole "unplug your DSL cable" doesn't work for me, I'm wireless. I'm guessing that all of the media is down, because I can't see anything, not even the movies.

I've just checked and the media seems to be working accordingly now. Everything's loading including the series Kenshin, etc. Since we are having some maintence work done on the site it seemed something had been uploaded that blocked the media, but the actual server was never down. So yep, it should b e working perfectly if it still doesn't load you might want to delete your temp files and then try. If you are still having trouble email us at [email protected]!

Hey with the wireless thing, you are running off of some router which means it is connected, probably the modem in your house. It works just the same you only need to unplug the modem not your adapter.

ninja scroll series down now nothing loading at all no ac screen etc

Were sorry everyone about yesterday, we had some work done on the site to protect the media because we found that there was some people who had found a way to steal the media. It was fixed yesterday and the media was down for about only 5-7 hours. As for today one of the servers was down which is unusual but it was brought back online approximately 2 hours after it went down. The server has Ninja Scroll that's why you may have had those problems.

just tried to play one of the Slayers episode, and its still not working. so is that sever still down??? cause i played .Hack//Sign just for the heck of it, and it worked, so its my computer.

Episode 41 is working fine with me, just checked it right now, try deleting your Internet temp files.
