no way, Asukas chest is bigger, ive got a PVC figure of Asuka and Rei and Asuka has the bigger chest.

I would have to say Rei because unlike Asuka who is the kind of girl you would fight or argue with because of her personality, Rei is the exact opposite of Asuka, Rei is very kind and sweet, and the only time she ever got angry was when Shinji was bad mouthing his dad and deserved to be slapped by Rei.

Actually Asuka starts out with the biggest breast. But as the series progresses, the size advantage shifts from Asuka to Rei. It's really weird but in the end Rei has the bigger set.

And I pick Asuka because I love the comedy relief she bring to the anime.

Also, if you pay attention to the series, both of their characters get detailed back stories. Rei is just fresh in people's minds since it happens last and Asuka's character goes all comatose and inactive.
