I don't know if it's just me or what, but I LOVE anime perverts.
It's not so difficult to explain. Whatever genre the anime would usually be classified under (drama, action, adventure, sci-fi, etc.), the pervert character always lightens up the mood just a bit, however temporary it may be. It gives the anime a little more character, as well as comedy (of course lmao). The pervert characters make me laugh until I cry at a lot of the things they say. (Okay, maybe it is just me...I'm pretty easily amused and have a pretty odd sense of humour. o.o)

But am I really all alone in enjoying these characters SO much? ^^;;

I think they are funny too, Have you ever watched You're Under Arrest or Mad Bull 34? Perverts pop up in these Animes alot.
