I think your trying to watch Cardcaptor Sakura which definitely works. Are you on a home network or a school/work network?

I'm having pretty much the same problem on pretty muh any video I try, I've done all the troubleshooting options and have tried both firefox and ie but everytime I try to watch an episode it will say connecting to media then ready then nothing. Any helpful hints. I've mainly tried to watch rurouni kenshin 10 and 11 but I did try some other series and got the same problem.

Hi psoplayer89,

You and I have been talking on the chat trying to resolve this a few times, so come back whenever you get a chance so that we can keep trying to find out whats causing it to not work for you.

I wonder is there any chance that his DNS or DNS service in windows and ISP can interfere with videos~? ^^

It was probably his router, I haven't heard from him since so I have no idea if he ever got things working.

Alright, I accidentally stumbled upon an interesting javascript code that was designed to fix videos you can't view.
It would be good to implement that link as it could help you, I tested it and it worked when the right conditions met, meaning when it wasn't your fault. ^^
You use it by writing it into the url while your video is open or on screen, you can copy and paste it too if you want.

Well, here it is:
Code: Select all
javascript:location.reload(true)

It's called Java Reload, hope that helps you and enjoy~ ^^
