I tested Geneshaft, works just fine. Did you try refreshing the page? I tested episode 3 and had no problems with it.

Yes. I tried refreshing the page. I've never seen the anime before so I was trying to watch episode 1. I tried both English & Japanese versions in both high and low quality and nothing happens. I honestly think there's something wrong with my browsers. I even tried following your directions on the first page of this help thread and it wasn't working. Help :please because I'm :freak

I'm sorry, but I can't seem to play any media with firefox. I don't know what version I have either. I've even tried with internet explorer. I do see the player in both browsers and all it does is say ready and the media does not load or play. Help! I'm not that computer savvy and its driving me nuts.

Help! I'm having the same problem :(

I upgraded my Windows Media Player (from version 10 to 11) and I can watch videos again. You guys might want to try upgrading or downgrading (if you're already on version 11) your WMMs if you still cannot watch videos.

I've had Bassam take a look at my PC and it turns out that my WPM is really screwed up. My only solution is to have Dell fix it.

Thanks for the advice, but we already tried it.

That error actually has nothing to do with the videos, its an error for the comments system which is currently being worked on. Try Ergo Proxy now, problem has been fixed.

make sure youve deleted those cookies and double check that youve got the right player, the best option is to download the current version of Mozilla Firefox , then go to ac help area and download the patch for it, should be smooth sailing just make sure that cache doesnt get too full every now and then...
