Possible Cut Anime Series?

so i was looking on how anime are released and i noticed that they said the regularly update around 4 anime series for variety i am not trying to be rude but there are 103 anime series episodes of D. Gray-Man and i noticed on this site there are only 50 and i was not sure if people just didn't know there were 103 series episodes since 2010 or it was just a lost cause (please bear with my horrible spelling and grammar neither are my forte)

So this is because we have 2 sections, dubs was only 50 and fansubs has all. Dubs never finished..
